ONE TREE PLANTED:

PLANT A TWEET

Many people want to stop climate change and protect the environment, but most of them are too lazy to do anything substantial. They would rather spend all of their free time on social media than to pick up a shovel and make meaningful efforts to help the environment. We leverage this insight to create a product that merges their interests with environmental protection.

PLANTING MADE FUN

We will launch a website that allows people to plant virtual trees and create a virtual garden. The tree planting game will fuse addictive video game mechanics, viral social media elements and charitable deeds for environmental organizations.

The garden links to individual Twitter handles.

Plants are grown by watering them through tweeting #PlantATweet or donating money to One Tree Planted.

Different regions will compete with each other to see who can plant the most trees. There will be a scoreboard and competitions to see who and whose regions can plant the most trees in various growing seasons.
